It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April . On 10th January , it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.


Assistant Customer Service Manager

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or related field Experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • Experience in microfinance or lending is a plus
