Attend to patient complaints (verbal / written) by consulting and discussing with complainants, performing investigations with related services to identify solutions and recommendations, compiling complaints and compliments into a report database, and entering complaint/feedback data for PCCRC and other management meetings.
Assist with courtesy visits to patients at wards and public areas, presenting findings in daily reports.
CCX Envoys (Front desk) and Telephone Operator assistance:
Provide front desk counter services and telephone operator services.
Attend inquiries, provide wheelchair service, guide directions, and assist VIPs.
Distribute leaflets and brochures.
Maintain staff duty roster.
Perform public announcements.
Update telephone directory.
Deal with PABX vendor on system failure or enhancement.
Assist with all hospital events.
