Job Description

Responsible for effective day to day crew operation, planning, placement of seafarers onboard managed vessels. Ensures crew changes are planned at economical and convenient ports, compliance in CMS with regards to crew certification, training and documentation. Monitoring compliance of seafarers for respective vessels w.r.t certification and training. Assist Crewing Manager in planning, approvals and deployment of seafarers for respective fleet as per MSMC

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance with vessel related statutory, regulatory, Wallem, Union and Client’s requirements
• Responsible for compliance with operational responsibilities in Crew Management Software
• Responsible for compliance with Oil Major Matrices (Q88 & OCIMF SIRE) on Tanker Fleet
• Ensure a complete understanding of crewing and company KPI’s and compliance with the same
