**DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:**

The work involves assisting in the planning and development of aspects of a Community College's communication and recruitment plan. The incumbent, under direct supervision of the Director of Admissions, assists in coordinating the recruitment efforts of the Admission Counselors. The incumbent is also involved in special projects and assignments involving College recruitment.
