This is a great development opportunity for someone keen to learn the technical and commercial sides of surfacing contracts while working closely with experienced leaders and site crews. You may have hand‑on experience working with chip seal and asphalt and are now seeking to further your career by learning the commercial aspects of pricing, tendering and managing contracts. Or you may have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and are seeking practical industry experience.

Training will be provided to supplement the experience you will bring. You can expect to be involved in:

• Assessing tender requirements and helping to develop competitive bids.
• Pricing projects by assessing product quantities, equipment needs and staffing requirements.
• Producing project reports including production tracking, monitoring costs and quality tracking.
