Description:
Primary responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in food and nutritional sciences; developing a research program in food and nutrition and securing external grants; advising graduate and undergraduate students, participating in curriculum development; collaborating with faculty on research and creative scholarship activities; serving on departmental, college and university committees and participating in other academic functions.
This is a 9-month tenure track position.
