Assistant Accounts Receivable - French - Temporary

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk for our EMEA HQ in Madrid- Alcobendas. This is a Temporary position. The role involves securing revenue by checking and following up on external Agencies from France. This position requires a very analytical person with self-discipline, determination, and a positive attitude.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department and provide satisfactory support towards solving any payment problems; help and answer questions related to the client’s accounts.
• Provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.
• Meet established timelines and pre-defined objectives for assigned work.
• Update receivables by checking deposits on bank accounts, identifying deposits, and recording them in the system to keep balances updated and under control.
