Job Description Responsible for ensuring financial reporting integrity, control effectiveness, and tax compliance across multiple international entities (Abu Dhabi, London, Singapore). This is a review and control-focused role with minimal involvement in transactional processing.
Accounting & Reporting - Review and approve key financial transactions, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Perform monthly reviews of sales and purchases transactions, reconciliations and mark to market (MTM) valuations.
- Review AR/AP aging, fixed assets, and lease schedules.
- Oversee and ensure timely month-end closing and reporting processes.
Tax Compliance - Coordinate tax compliance across jurisdictions (e.g. VAT, corporate tax) for Abu Dhabi and London offices.
- Work closely with external advisors on filing and reporting.
