We have a position available for a mature Accountant in the East of JHB. This is an office based position. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Accounting/Finance Diploma/Degree
• Experience with Xero, Sage or Pastel
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Valid drivers license
• High attention to detail
• At least 4 years experience in a financial role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Perform bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations for 9 companies
• Record and process supplier invoices, expense claims, and journals
• Maintain the general ledger and related schedules
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Assist with fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
