Job Description
Asset Transfer Processing
Manage end-to-end processing of asset transfers (e.g. ISAs, pensions, GIA accounts)Liaise with external counterparties (custodians, platforms, ceding firms) to facilitate transfersMonitor transfer pipelines and proactively follow up on outstanding casesEnsure timely settlement and accurate reconciliation of transferred assetsClient & Stakeholder Communication
Provide updates to internal teams (Client Services, Relationship Managers) on transfer statusHandle queries from advisers and clients in a professional and timely mannerControls & Reconciliation
Perform daily and periodic reconciliations to ensure data accuracyInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in asset positions...
