They are looking to recruit an exceptional Asset & Estates Manager to cover a portfolio that stretches from the Northern Home Counties upwards throughout the UK – the ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Home Counties as far North Yorkshire. This is a true value-add role with
active and effective asset management of the Property Portfolio.
You’ll be tasked with negotiations and liaising with landlords, managing agents, tenants, solicitors, surveyors, and third parties.
You will act as the main point of contact between the portfolio's landlords and deal with licences for alterations to leasehold documentation to ensuring compliance with leases.
