Role Responsibilities

Strategic & Governance Responsibilities: Define, agree, and maintain the organization’s combined Asset & Configuration Management approach. Ensure integration of ITAM and CM into value streams, governance structures, and supplier operations. Align asset and configuration practices with procurement processes.

Configuration Management Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the CI model. Manage the lifecycle of each CI, including procurement‑originating items. Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date CMDB/AMDB. Perform configuration audits and reconciliation.

Asset Management Responsibilities: Analyse stakeholder requirements and asset risks. Track assets from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Ensure compliance with software licensing and optimise asset utilisation.
