            Responsibilities  Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards 
Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical fastening while handling small components with high precision 
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation to ensure accurate builds 
Operate hand tools, measurement equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively to meet production targets 
Conduct quality checks and monitor production processes, reporting any deviations or malfunctions promptly 
Troubleshoot basic issues and perform minor repairs, working closely with Engineering and Production teams 
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and quality protocols
