**Job Title: Assembly Technician – Air Outlets**
**Job Description**
This role works on the production floor in a small, collaborative department assembling metal air outlets, vents, and air cleaners used in office and production facility ceilings. The primary focus is on mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, supported by blueprint and schematic reading, with cross-training in multiple warehouse areas to provide flexible support where needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble metal air outlets, vents, and air cleaners according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
+ Use hand and power tools to install and secure additional parts onto air outlets for final assembly.
+ Operate drill presses, punch presses, and riveting machines to support the assembly process.
+ Measure and verify components using a tape measure to ensure accurate fit and alignment.
+ Identify parts requiring repair and provide them to welders for fixing as needed.
