Safety
Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations of the organization.Report risk observations, near misses, and incidents on time.Use all necessary PPE required for the assigned job.Contribute suggestions for improving overall safety.Quality
Perform all tasks with a “First Time Right” mindset.Use work instructions to perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment.Follow all quality checkpoints before sending the machine to the next stage.Ask for help when needed from the Line Lead or Supervisor.Use only the correct tools identified for the job.Support 5S initiatives to keep the workplace neat, clean, and safe.<...
