Responsibilities

  • Lead and support ASPICE process implementation and compliance across software development lifecycle
  • Develop, review, and maintain ASPICE work products
  • Perform software integration, unit testing, and code development
  • Ensure alignment with ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE, SUP, VAL) and achieve target maturity levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Algo, QA, Validation) to ensure process adherence and traceability
  • Conduct internal assessments, gap analyses, and support external ASPICE audits.
  • Guide the broader team and ensure process compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
