The successful candidate will support the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt production facility, ensuring consistent product quality while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant machinery and associated equipment in line with our operating procedures;
• Assist with start-up, shut-down and routine running of the asphalt plant;
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, consistency and output;
• Assist with dispatch of materials;
• Carry out routine inspections, basic maintenance and housekeeping of the plant and surrounding work areas;
