As an Operator Assistant, you will support the Highway Crew and frequently travel for various highway projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring the asphalt plant runs efficiently, understanding mix designs, and performing daily inspections. You'll also coordinate with Quality Control to guarantee high-quality asphalt production while troubleshooting mechanical issues.
