Rogers Group is looking for a responsible, dedicated and safety conscious person to fill our need for an ASPHALT PLANT LOADER OPERATOR/ GROUNDMAN located in Dayton, TN. This position involves heavy equipment operation along with other duties as designated by the plant supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that materials are stored properly to maintain quality and prevent contamination.

  • Transport materials to different areas of the plant as needed.

  • Report equipment problems and identify them to management.
  • Assist other workers as needed or directed.
  • Clean-up around site.
  • Other duties as assigned.
