You are an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in funds and investment management
You have the ability to assist on all legal matters including material acquisitions and corporate transactions, capital raises and debt funding 
You have the ability to assist internal clients to manage legal risk while aligning with business and strategic goals and priorities
You have experience providing guidance and leadership to the business on transactional best practice, emerging regulatory and industry issues
