The Art Director brings project and artistic expertise to Aderize’s campaign operations. They guide a team of talented designers by providing creative vision while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on spec. The Art Director also has proven communication skills and is able to provide world‑class customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the on‑time and on‑spec delivery of ad campaigns
• Consult with clients on which Aderize products best fit their needs
• Provide creative direction to designers on campaigns and lead design efforts on major projects
• Collaborate with other Art Directors and Creative Success Managers to support high‑value campaigns and balance the project workload across all teams and regions
• Ensure that all design output meets Aderize and industry standards
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to craft or prototype solutions to client business needs
