About the Role

Central Support Chef (Area Support) will work with our team covering schools in Aldershot, Guildford, and along the A3. You will assist with the training and development of onsite chefs, cover sickness across sites and be part of the mobilisation team. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop onsite chefs.
• Cover sickness and rotate across sites.
• Support the operations manager across the portfolio.
• Provide kitchen support when needed.
• Contribute to mobilisation and mobilisation team activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Chef management experience, ideally in secondary education.
• Passion for food and service, craft skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and highly organised with strong prioritisation.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
