JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for revenue generation in multiple Food & Beverage venue locations, overseeing stock inventory, leading and overseeing the training of Team Members, ensuring Guest service standards are met and operational readiness of indoor and open-air locations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Assists Management with the consistent execution of Guest Service and operational standards. Performs all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of locations to include but not limited to inventory, performing audits, and completing the end-of-day process.

+ Ensures the safety of Guests and Team Members working within the Food & Beverage department by reviewing and revising safety practices and procedures and responding to potentially unsafe conditions. Coach and use feedback forms to document and maintain safe Team Member actions in accordance with UDX policy.
