SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes sales result and draw out plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives
- Develops his assigned territory by planning to expand distribution in an effective and efficient process
- Develops growth strategies and plans in accordance to the Route to Market strategy of the convenience store.
- Develops account plans for his top accounts
- Monitors competitive activities to counteract initiatives
- Achieves availability growth targets and profitable sales volume through excellent market execution
- Develops monthly volume build to ensure achievement of objectives
