Description
1. Fully responsible for achieving sales targets in the managed territory for accounts and distributors
2. Build good relationship with accounts and distributors in managed territory
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product category performance to develop work plan
4. Ensure promotional programs agreed are implemented effectively at the store level
5. Ensure on-shelf availability is maintained and out-of-stock (OOS) is minimized
6. Lead, direct, coach Sales Promotion Team members in carrying out daily visit routes.
