Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multiple Store Managers to achieve regional sales and profit targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand and operational compliance.
• Analyze sales data and execute promotional strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture and manage inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in Area or Field Sales Management (Retail/FMCG).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and willing to travel across NCR.
