The Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Business Unit Head for Medtech- Specialty and BD in planning, organizing, and executing the business objectives of the team in alignment with Becton Dickinson (BD) Business Partner, to optimize sales and realize mutually profitable and sustainable growth.
The role conducts regular analysis of the market and BD’s business and formulates strategies to achieve agreed goals and KPIs. He / She regularly liaises with internal stakeholders and BD to ensure operational excellence and provide value added service, consequently building positive business relations with them.
