Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Lead and support the sales team in the region
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4–5 years of sales experience, in FMCG or a related industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage teams and meet targets
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nawabshah
