New Business Development - Identify new departments and specialties of existing accounts. Expand presence in group hospitals, chains & corporate accounts. Introduce new products and drive adoption within the network.
Channel Management - Appoint, manage and evaluate distributors. Drive distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
KOL Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholders and conduct regular visits to understand needs, resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
