Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Trade, Field Sales, or Distributor Management
• Strong understanding of wholesaler and sari-sari store operations
• Skilled in market surveying, merchandising, and activation management.
• With own motorcycle and valid Driver’s License
• Willing to work with either (8am – 5pm) or (9am – 6pm), Mon – Fri.

Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in expanding our Client's market presence in General Trade.
• The position focuses on opening and developing wholesalers (jobbers) to cover sari-sari stores, groceries, school canteens, and terminals.
• Acting as the bridge between field sales and trade marketing, the Area Developer ensures availability, visibility, and brand impact at the point of sale.
