Regional Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to work directly with the Regional Operations Director, Regional Project Director, Data Center Site Managers, and Project Managers to ensure the fulfillment of H&S policies across all sites in the Iberian Peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional Health & Safety personnel through structured, systematic, intentional individual management and collaborative teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation across the Iberian Peninsula, both by using the Iberian Peninsula standard and by ensuring that regional personnel are suitably qualified and experienced.
• Define, roll‑out, and maintain frameworks to support and enhance the Health & Safety strategy within Operations.
