**Job Description**

+ The Area Manager (Repair) oversees repair and new construction activities within an assigned area of a shipyard, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work. This role coordinates planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple trades and subcontractors, while monitoring performance against schedule and budget and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
