Area Manager - Maintenance and Engineering

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Area Manager to join their team in Windsor OR Cleveland Tennessee. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years of related experience with multi-trade divisional maintenance staff, and the ability to travel between Canada and the US. Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance managers ensuring effective PM systems are in place and effective repairs are being made to ensure the operation is adequately supported.
• Provide direct guidance when dealing with large repairs and breakdowns.
• Incorporate organizational strategy and plans for operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs in our manufacturing process.
