1. Sales & Business Development Achieve area sales targets for: Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)
Intermediate & Heavy Commercial Vehicles (ICV/HCV) Drive retail and institutional (B2B/fleet) sales
Identify new business opportunities in transport, logistics, construction, and fleet segments
Execute sales campaigns, product promotions, and market activation activities 2. Dealer Management Manage and support dealerships within the assigned territory
Ensure dealer profitability and adherence to company guidelines
Monitor dealer performance (sales, stock, inquiry conversion)
Conduct regular dealer reviews and implement action plans
Ensure availability of vehicle stock and display standards 3. Customer & Fleet Engagement Build strong relationships with: Fleet owners
