Monitors and analyses business performance by sell-out, gross margin and turnover and translates insights into key selling points and opportunities.
Identifies and monitors department related KPI’s, sets targets, monitors performance against plan and initiates remedial actions in case of discrepancy between actual and expected performance.
Analyses sales figures, forecasts future sales and interpret trends to facilitate strategic planning. Achieves budgeted profitability and growth of the retail stores within assigned network. Review weekly sales and product performance to identify opportunities to increase sales.
Inform, motivate and coach store staff to understand and analyze store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs.
Proactively manages the relationship and liaises with Brand Principals on matters relating to product launches, marketing campaigns, forthcoming offerings and events.
