In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into actionable retail-level success, ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand representation across your assigned territory.

• Execute sales strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure all showroom within the area achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Cascade business objectives and marketing campaigns to Branch Managers, ensuring clear alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor and enhance customer service standards across the area, ensuring high scores in Mystery Shopper programs.
