SUMMARY:

Area Maintenance Lead 

The Area Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within a refinery area to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assets. The role leads maintenance teams and contractors, manages budgets, drives asset reliability, ensures compliance with safety and legal requirements, and supports refinery performance through effective maintenance planning and execution.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements: B.Tech in Engineering (B.Eng preferred). GCC qualification advantageous. 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in maintenance and 2 years in project management. Preferably experienced in the petrochemical or refinery industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability, project execution, budgeting, safety regulations, and industry standards (ASTM, ASME, API).
