Position Overview
The Area Franchise Lead (AFL) will support the growth and performance of Tim Hortons across the Asia Pacific region with a strong focus on the Korean market. The AFL works at the intersection of strategy, business development, and execution, managing franchise relationships, driving commercial results, and shaping the growth of an iconic global brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with franchise partners across marketing, operations, development, procurement, and quality.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchise leadership to provide insights, drive performance conversations, and align on business priorities.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and policies while enabling franchisees to succeed in local markets.
- Lead the development and delivery of regional growth strategies, including sales growth, profitability, and market expansion plans.
