We are hiring: Architectural Technical Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Review designs, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Ensure architectural packages comply with UAE authority requirements, local building codes, project specifications, employer requirements, and applicable international standards.
Coordinate with relevant project teams and stakeholders to ensure proper technical integration and avoid design or execution conflicts.
Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and draftsmen in preparing and reviewing architectural and engineering deliverables.
Review prequalification documents, material submittals, samples, supplier certifications, testing requirements, and other technical submissions against project requirements.
