Plan, coordinate and implement architectural site works with architectural subcontractors and other related trades to ensure works are carried out safely, properly and according to project requirements.
Coordinate architectural works for HDB BTO / public residential building projects, including interface with structural, M&E and external works trades.
Identify, monitor and resolve architectural site issues, discrepancies and coordination problems that arise during construction.
Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in organizing manpower, materials and site resources to support smooth project execution.
Attend to site matters, technical issues and feedback relating to architectural works at project sites.
Prepare, review and submit shop drawings, material samples, method statements and other required documents to consultants/client representatives for approval.
