            Job Description

Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review
Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts

Qualifications

Preferably HKIA registered, with background as a BIM Manager or advanced BIM modelling skills.
More than 10 years of working experience with solid hands-on BIM project experience
Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos
Strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage
