Summary:
Reporting to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager, the Archery Technician will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience by providing legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer. This position is responsible for the set-up and servicing of compound bows, crossbows and archery accessories.
Responsibilities:
Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysisDevelop and maintain strong knowledge in all areas of archery including tuning bows, setting up bows for sale, and directing customers on proper shooting and handling techniquesMaintain a clean and functional archery tech shopPromote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs, including Customer Survey's and In-Store Pick-UpEnsure visual presentation standards ...
