As a Reservations Specialist you will be working in our flagship hotel in the HUB. Passionate about guests service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for all reservations segments often working with repeat guests and building rapport with them through their bookings.

What will I be doing

• Working within a team to answer all calls and emails following the brand standards
  
• Provide exceptional customer services and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for guests
  
• Book and manage reservations through the reservations system
  
• Qualify and generate Sales Leads for the sales team to acquire new clients
  
• Ensure that the system and booking documentation are accurate and up to date
  
• Configure rates in Opera PMS system based
