About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a rapidly growing company. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining day-to-day accounts receivable operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and managing outstanding balances to achieve departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone and email.


• Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up for timely resolution.


• Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes.


• Apply and deposit checks/wires to the appropriate open receivable account.


• Generate credit memos and customer refunds as needed.


• Reconcile credit card batches and make deposits daily.
