AR Specialist

Triple Play Transport is looking for an AR specialist, we are looking for someone motivated, with high energy, and efficient.

Job Responsibilities

• Create invoices for customers
• Submit invoices to customers for payment
• Collect payment from customers
• Keep up with aging invoices and reports
• Make sure all invoices are paid on time.
• Other responsibilities may apply

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks online or experienced in similar systems.
• Must have experience in OpenInvoice & OpenTicket
• Some experience in oilfield accounting
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft
