**AR & Cash Applications Supervisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

The Supervisor’s primary responsibility will focus on cash applications but will assist, as needed, on AR related activities to support the AR Manager. With respect to cash applications, they will oversee all processes related to applying incoming payments to the customer accounts ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal controls. This role will lead the group of cash application specialists and partner closely with the Accounts Receivable/Collections team and CFL team, as well as field associates.

**Key Cash Application Responsibilities:**

+ Manage daily postings of all customer payments (ACH, wire, lockbox, check, credit cards) and ensure accurate application to customer accounts.
+ Ensure proper handling of short payments, overpayments, unapplied cash and unidentified payments.
