:Nanomaterials: Synthesis, Properties and Applications:
Nanotechnology encompasses the design, characterization, production and application of structures, devices and systems by controlling shape and size at the nanometer scale. Without nanomaterials, there is no nanotechnology.
This course covers the basic principles associated with nanoscience and nanotechnology including the synthesis and fabrication, size dependent properties, advanced characterization techniques, and applications of materials at nanometer length scale with an emphasis on existing and emerging Engineering Technologies.
