The role focuses on delivering high‑quality training, coaching, and assessment across Commis Chef, Production Chef and Hospitality standards, ensuring apprentices gain the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for workplace success and timely qualification completion.

The postholder will manage the full apprenticeship journey, carrying out workplace visits, progress reviews, assessments, and target‑setting. They will work closely with employers to create compliant training plans, support effective workplace development, and provide regular progress updates.
