About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05
As an Apprentice, Application Associate in Client Operations you will:
- Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery
- Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality
- Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting
- Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Ensure materials and guides are up to date.
- Work with a LEAN mindset.
Ideal candidates will have: - An undergraduate degree, or certification in a related field, and possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.
