Job Description Summary:
Responsible for planning and directing the delivery of hospital care as it relates to the care of adult patients who are critically/acutely ill in the intensive care medical and surgical units. Employee will provide critical/acute care and health education for adult and geriatric patients. Employee will work under the supervision of the Program Medical Director, the Intensivist Team and the guidance of established protocols as required. Employee shall enter into collaborative agreements with one or more physicians as directed by the employer. They will contribute to accomplishment and support of the mission, vision, and values of the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
